No. It is not mandatory to pay while applying for Mokusei Scholarship Support You can choose to pay a small TOKEN REGISTRATION FEE while applying if you wish to. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you pay for registration via the TOKEN REGISTRATION OPTION, you will get a FULL REFUND in case you make it to the Eligible List but Mokusei is unable to provide you with any Scholarship Support due to lack or shortage or paucity of funds. This amount will be refunded to the user within 60 days of declaration of the final list in each academic cycle & scholarship season. Any data processing charges or platform maintenance expenses incurred by the user to make edits or changes to their Score Prediction, however, are non-refundable.
